We are seeking a talented and passionate Creative Designer to join our team. This role
requires a creative mind who can design visually engaging and functional spaces for our
clients, blending aesthetics with functionality. The Creative Designer will be responsible for creating design concepts, developing client proposals, and producing compelling visual presentations that align with project goals and client expectations. 1. Concept Development and Design
o Generate creative design concepts for landscaping and building projects,
from ideation through to final presentations.
o Develop mood boards, design schemes, and visual elements that align
with the company’s brand identity and project objectives.
o Incorporate sustainability and practicality into designs, considering
materials, finishes, and project feasibility.
2. Client Collaboration and Presentations
o Meet with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and
preferences, and translate these insights into design solutions.
o Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, including sketches, 3D
models, and digital renderings, to communicate design concepts
effectively.
o Gather client feedback and make adjustments to designs as needed,
ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
3. Project Visualization and Rendering
o Use industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite,
SketchUp, AutoCAD) to create high-quality renderings, plans, and
visualizations.
o Develop 3D models to showcase landscaping layouts, architectural
elements, and other project components for client and team review.
4. Collaboration with Internal Teams
o Work closely with project managers, architects, and builders to align
design plans with technical and structural requirements.
o Coordinate with the construction team to ensure accurate implementation
of design plans and resolve any on-site design challenges.
5. Brand and Marketing Support
o Assist in creating visuals for marketing materials, including social media
graphics, brochures, and website content, that reflect the company’s style
and services.
o Maintain a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all client and
marketing presentations.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Landscape Architecture, Interior
Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the
construction or landscaping industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. Experience with 3D rendering
software (e.g., Lumion, V-Ray) is a plus.
• Creative Skills: Strong design sensibility with a flair for visual storytelling, layout,
and color theory.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of
presenting ideas clearly to clients and team members.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,
meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to
problem-solving.
